KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 31 —- Would you piggyback your disabled friend so he could watch a movie?

That’s exactly what a resident of Bhagalpur, Bihar, India did for his friend.

In a Twitter video that recently went viral, the two friends, who looked to be in their late 20s to early 30s, travelled more than four hours to watch Pathaan, the latest Shah Rukh Khan movie that has taken India and indeed the world by storm.

To make the 157-kilometre state-crossing journey from Bhagalpur to Pawan talkies or cinema in Samsi, West Bengal, the duo had to take a train and walk the rest of the way. Bihar and West Bengal are states in eastern India.

Since being shared on January 25, the tweet has received over 14,200 views with numbers still increasing.

The post has also received more than 500 likes and a deluge of responses from netizens.

“Where do you get friends like this?” said one tweet.

Bhai ne to dil jeet liya (You won my heart brother)” said another.

Are vai rula dia (brother you made me cry)” said a third.

As Pathaan fever grips India, fans have been seen placing garlands on huge cut-outs of Shah Rukh Khan installed outside the cinemas while some carry posters bearing ‘We love SRK’ slogans.
