On Tuesday (January 12), the official Netflix Film Twitter account shared three photos from the supernatural thriller, while also confirming it will hit screens in April.
"Things Heard and Seen is heading to Netflix this April," the tweet reads.
"Directed by Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman, the chilling drama stars Amanda Seyfried and James Norton as a Manhattan couple whose marriage has a sinister darkness that rivals their new home's history."
Things Heard and Seen is based on the 2016 novel All Things Cease to Appear by Elizabeth Brundage. The movie also stars Stranger Things actress Natalia Dyer and speaking recently, co-director Robert Pulcini revealed his "hope" that the film will flip audience expectations.
"My hope is that people go in with certain expectations and come out with a different experience than what they anticipated," he told Entertainment Weekly.
He added: "How long can you get away with wrongdoing on earth? What kind of forces bring that around? And I think a lot of people grapple with those questions now, seeing all the stuff in the news.
"People have gotten away with things for so long, it really makes you wonder, how does the comeuppance play in the scheme of the universe?"
The Things Heard and Seen photos follows Netflix dropping its 2021 Film Preview and pledging to release one original movie per week this year.
It also follows the unveiling of the first footage from Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot's new movie, Red Notice.
Things Heard and Seen will drop this April to Netflix.
