'Major' Coastal Flooding Expected as Storm System Affects Annapolis

The National Weather Service (NWS) said they were expecting “potentially the greatest tidal flooding since [Hurricane] Isabel 2003” in tidal shores of Maryland on October 29 through October 30.

This footage, released by the city of Annapolis, shows flooding on Dock Street near the city’s waterfront.
