Meridin East – Resort living at its finest

Launched in 2016, Meridin East is Mah Sing’s largest integrated township, encompassing residential, commercial and light industrial development across 1,313 acres of land. Located in Eastern Iskandar Malaysia, it boasts 500 acres of lush greenery and picturesque lakes.

Since its inception, Meridin East has delivered more than 2,000 units of houses to purchasers achieving an impressive occupancy rate of approximately 70%. Mah Sing remains committed to enhancing the accessibility within the township to benefit both residents and the surrounding community, while also addressing future traffic demands.

A significant step in this direction is the upcoming Meridin East Interchange, offering direct access from Senai-Desaru Expressway (SDE) into the township. The interchange connects seamlessly to Jalan Kong Kong, linking directly to Ixora Park City, the commercial hub of Meridin East. With connectivity to major highways such as SDE, Pasir Gudang Highway and Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway, residents and the local community will enjoy improved access in and out of the township.

Furthermore, Mah Sing has expanded Jalan Kong Kong, the main road facing Meridin East, from the original 2-lane road into a 40 meter 4-lane access road. This upgrade ensures residents have convenient access to nearby public amenities, enhancing their overall living experience.
