Lotus Biscoff’s New Ice Cream Bars Have Layers of Cookie Butter and Chocolate
No matter how stuffed you are after a meal, there’s always room for ice cream, right? That becomes especially true when the ice cream involves Lotus Biscoff. It’s time to check the freezer aisle, because cookie butter ice cream sounds perfect right about now.
Lotus Biscoff is a United Kingdom-based brand, so most of the time, we just look from afar at our neighbors across the pond and sulk that we can’t eat what they’re having. Then, in June 2019, we found out that the brand was bringing five different ice cream pint flavors to stores in July 2019, and ice cream bars in October 2019. However, it looks like they’ve just been spotted rolling out in stores now.

The new bars consist of cookie butter ice cream that’s filled with cookie bits. It’s coated in a layer of cookie butter, and then dipped in Belgian chocolate that also has cookie bits in it. Moral of the story: We really hope you like cookie butter.
Although they’re not listed on Walmart’s website, that seems to be where everyone is finding them. You might want to add these to your list on your next grocery shopping trip! Each box has three ice cream bars, so depending on how much ice cream is part of your diet, you might need approximately two to 75 boxes. We don’t judge.
