It’s been the better part of a decade since the Carrot & Raisin Salad graced Chick-fil-A menus, but fans of the chicken chain continue to mourn the loss of the beloved side.
Sadly, no amount of desperate pleading seems able to convince Chick-fil-A to bring the quirky salad back. Heck, we even tried!

For the rest of us, we’ll just have to rely on some good old-fashioned elbow grease. Chick-fil-A was kind enough to share its easy recipe for the Carrot & Raisin Salad online, so you can recreate it at home.
CHICK-FIL-A'S CARROT & RAISIN SALAD (Makes 13-14 servings)
4 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 (8oz) can or 2/3 cups crushed, unstrained pineapple
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 tablespoons fresh, unstrained lemon juice (no seeds)
