Lori Loughlin Reportedly Lists L.A. Mansion for Sale for $17.5M, 5 Years After College Admissions Scandal
Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli downsized to this property after selling their former Bel Air mansion for a deeply discounted $18.75 million in 2020

The Full House alum, 59, and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have reportedly listed their 11,800-square-foot Hidden Hills mansion for $17.5 million, according to Robb Report and Realtor.com.
The couple — who have been married for over 20 years — first purchased the home in 2020 for $9.5 million, according to Robb Report, shortly after they were implicated in the highly-publicized college admissions scandal in 2019 involving their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

Both parents were accused of paying half a million dollars in bribes to falsely designate their daughters as recruits to the University of Southern California crew team. After eventually pleading guilty to the crimes, both Giannulli and Loughlin served time in prison.
Following the scandal, Loughlin and Mossimo purchased the Hidden Hills home, marking a major downsize from their previous mansion, PEOPLE confirmed at the time.
The home features six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. It also boasts a number of luxury amenities including a wine closet, home gym, pool, bocce ball court and a movie theater — all spread out across 1.5 acres of land, per Robb Report.
The property was built in 2019 and also offers sweeping views of the surrounding Calabasas hills.
They previously lived in a lavish mansion in Bel Air, which they listed for sale for $35 million in 2017 and then again with a price reduction for $28.65 million in 2020 amid the scandal.
The home was eventually sold for $18.75 million, according to Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Josh Flagg who represented the buyer.

A source told PEOPLE that despite the large price cut, the pair were “still making money from the sale, just not as much as they hoped for." They added, "The house is spectacular with views of the Bel Air Country Club."
The mansion was the same place where the family was “laying low” after news of the scandal broke, as it was a “very stressful time for them all,” according to a source.
