Long Waits for COVID Vaccinations at Dodger Stadium

There were long lines at and approaching Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on January 20, as eligible locals waited to get their coronavirus vaccines at one of the largest centers in the US.

This footage, by Jenny Morant, shows long lines of cars at the stadium. Morant said she waited five hours with her 80-year-old father for a vaccine.

ABC 7 reported that Los Angeles is preparing to open five more large-scale vaccination sites, including one located at Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park.

Each site will have the capacity to administer around 4,000 shots per day, they said. Credit: Jenny Morant via Storyful
