Long Lines at Dublin Terminal as Airport Apologizes Over Missed Flights

A long line of travelers again stretched outside a terminal building at Dublin Airport early on May 30, after delays over the weekend caused hundreds to miss their flights.

The Dublin Airport Authority said it “let the nation down”, as over 1,000 passengers missed their flights, according to a statement quoted in local media. A spokesperson was quoted as saying the situation on Monday morning was “much more controlled.”
