Long Lines for COVID-19 Tests in Melbourne as Infections Rise

Locals reported long lines outside COVID-19 testing facilities in Melbourne, Victoria, as the number of infections across the state climbed on December 17.

Victoria recorded an additional 1,510 cases on Friday, including another six confirmed cases of the Omicron variant. This brings the total number of Omicron cases in Victoria to 19.
