Little Girl With Spina Bifida Gets Adapted Trike as Surprise From Family

A wheelchair-using little girl in Dublin, Ireland, was in awe recently, when her family surprised her with a tricycle adapted to her needs.

The video was recorded by proud aunty Jasmin McEvoy, and shows little Faith discovering the present before giving it a go in the living room.

McEvoy told Storyful that Faith has spina bifida, hydrocephalus and Jarcho Levin syndrome, but has “defeated all the odds” since birth, and is now thriving.

Her new trike “has meant so much to her as she is now able to join in with her sisters and play with them,” McEvoy said. Credit: Jasmin McEvoy via Storyful
