Lindsay Hubbard is making a fresh start— and a big purchase!

The Summer House star, 37, shared on Instagram Wednesday that she has purchased a home in Nashville. “I bought a HOUSE ya’ll!" she captioned a series of photos and videos showing her signing the paperwork for her closing on the property last week. “I did it,” Hubbard said with a big smile on her face while pretending to scatter the papers in one clip.

“Turns out 2023 wasn’t ALL that bad for me…,” Hubbard wrote in the caption, seemingly alluding to her split from fiance Carl Radke

The reality star called things off with Radke over a year after getting engaged in August 2022. The pair had originally planned to tie the knot in the fall of 2023 in Mexico, but canceled their nuptials instead.

In a letter to family and friends obtained by PEOPLE, Radke, 38, announced the news and apologized, writing, "There have been a lot of false narratives and misunderstandings that have made this all the more painful but sadly at this time we are not moving forward with the wedding."

"The fact of the matter is Lindsay is devastated and I'm crushed with how all this transpired. I graciously ask for some patience and grace to heal and recover while we navigate this extremely difficult time," he added.

Before calling off the big day, Hubbard celebrated her bridal shower at Cathédrale restaurant in New York City with her costars Amanda Batula, Danielle Olivera, Ciara Miller, Gabby Prescod and Sam Feher in attendance.

“I have such an amazing group of girlfriends that were not going to let me get away without having a bridal shower,” Hubbard told PEOPLE. “They've been in my life for such a long time and they've been on this crazy roller coaster of a journey to find love with me right by my side through every single relationship. I feel so lucky and blessed to have the girlfriends that I have and to be able to celebrate the biggest moment of my life with them before that next chapter. It's just such a special treat to be able to do that.”

Hubbard noted that she "won’t be the one living in" her new house, writing instead, "You guys will!"

She'll be putting the property on the vacation rental market beginning in March and said that those looking for a place to stay with a group of friends should consider the house.

“Giddy Up because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!!,” she concluded the post alongside the hashtag “yeehaw.”

Several of her friends including Bachelor in Paradise star Natasha Parker wished her congratulations on the feat in the comments saying, “I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!!”
