Lightning Flashes as Storms Throttle Maryland
Lightning flashed through the sky above southern Maryland, on Thursday, August 4, as damaging storms and power outages were reported in the region.
A resident of Crapo, Maryland, captured this footage as storms pummeled nearby Smith Island and Baltimore, according to reports.
