Lightning Flashes as Hail Hammers Minnesota
Lightning flashed as hail pelted Willmar, Minnesota, on the morning of Monday, May 9.
The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of the state, predicting hail as large as tennis balls, lightning, and winds of up to 70 mph.
