'Meet' Lee Min-ho, Bae Suzy at Madame Tussauds Singapore’s new K-Wave Zone

SINGAPORE – Missing Korea and wishing that you can meet some of the biggest names in the Korean entertainment scene? Singapore’s new K-Wave Zone at Madame Tussauds has got you covered with its new life-like stars.
Without packing any suitcases, get transported to Korea and take instagrammable photos in front of blooming cherry blossom trees and hanoks, traditional Korean houses built in the Joseon dynasty.
Amongst the photogenic sets, stars like Lee Min-ho, Kim Woo Bin, Bae Suzy and Song Seung-Heon will also be displayed in the zone.
Lee Min-ho started his career in 2006 and his breakthrough came in 2009. He has recently surpassed 20 million followers on his official Instagram and Facebook page, which makes him one of the most followed Korean stars on different social media platforms combined.
Kim Woo Bin, whose unique figure is brought in from Hong Kong, will only be in Singapore for a limited period. He had starred in dramas such as School 2013 and The Heirs and box office hits, Friend: The Great Legacy and The Con Artists.
Visitors can also pose to complete a “heart” with Bae Suzy, a member of the girl group Miss A, and star of K-dramas such as Uncontrollably Fond, While You Were Sleeping, and Vagabond.
“Madame Tussauds Singapore has created a yearlong campaign for 2021 with different Korean stars coming to Singapore. Guests can expect new figures and even changes to the set every quarter. Over the years, we received many requests for Korean stars, and 2021 will be the year that we are realising a few of these wishes,” said Alex Ward, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Singapore.
“We are proud and honoured to have Lee Min-ho joining the rest of the stars at the new K-Wave zone. We believe that his figure will definitely draw the attention of many, and we will continue to bring in more stars throughout the year."
Located at Imbiah Lookout at Sentosa, Madame Tussauds Singapore’s K-Wave Zone is open to the public and the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers can be used at the attraction.
