Lava Flow Hits Sea as Cumbre Vieja Volcano Remains Active

The Cumbre Vieja volcano on the Spanish island of La Palma, which has been erupting for more than three weeks, had a “notable rise” in lava flow after the crater partially collapsed on October 9, El Pais reported.

This footage, posted by the Guardia Civil on Twitter, shows the lava delta off the island on October 10.
