Lau Kar Ying is ready for his 14-day quarantine

30 Mar – After being stranded in Kuala Lumpur for a week, veteran actor Lau Kar Ying is now ready to start his 14-day quarantine in Hong Kong.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media at the Hong Kong International Airport as he arrived from Malaysia, shared that his wife Liza Wang has already arranged a lot of activities for him to do at home throughout the quarantine period.

"I plan to watch football matches, read books, play music and just do anything to pass the time," he said.

Asked about the progress of his web series, "Female Forensic JD", Lau stated that he is unsure as to when the series will resume filming as the situation in Malaysia is quite intense at the moment.

It is noted that the cast of the said drama was filming in Kuala Lumpur when Malaysian Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the implementation of the restricted movement order.
