Lake-Effect Snow Coats Upstate New York

Scattered lake-effect snow fell in parts of upstate New York on Wednesday, November 3, as the Binghamton area reported its first measurable snowfall of the season.

This footage filmed by Potsdam resident Richard Ohanlon shows snow coating the town on Wednesday morning.
