Labour say the government's misconduct vote was 'corrupt'

Leader of the Labour Party Sir Keir Starmer says there is "no other word" to describe the government's actions over the last 24 hours other than "corrupt". He adds that this comes from "the top" after the Prime Minister issued a three-line whip on the vote to lift Owen Paterson's suspension, effectively forcing MPs to vote in favour of the amendment.
