Love is still in the air between Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet!

The couple are still going strong more than a year after their romance began, a source tells PEOPLE, and the two recently enjoyed a night out at one of New York City's hottest restaurants.

On Thursday, May 23, the couple visited Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi for a late dinner and shared several of the Top Chef alum's most popular dishes.

Chalamet, 28, was "really chill and so nice" during the visit and he and Jenner, 26, were joined by another couple to make the evening a double date, a source tells PEOPLE.

Another source tells PEOPLE that the couple, who have rarely made public appearances together, are very low-key when it comes to their relationship and like to keep it that way.

The Dune star and the makeup mogul were last seen out together at the 2024 Golden Globes in January, as they entered the venue holding hands, sat next to each other for the duration of the awards show and even shared a sweet kiss during a commercial break.

Chalamet was nominated for his role as Willy Wonka in Wonka at the ceremony, and Jenner was on hand to keep him company as they matched in coordinated glam looks.

The couple bring out the best in each other, as a source told PEOPLE following their glamorous night out that they're "definitely beyond the 'just having fun' point of the relationship" and "everyone on both sides sees definite potential for something real."

"They're both real with each other and things have been easy and fun. Timothée reminds Kylie to live in a very 'present' way, and she really likes that about him," the source added. "They both push each other to be better people and that's a constant thing in their relationship."

Prior to that, Jenner had quietly supported her beau at the premiere of Wonka in L.A. – along with her mom, Kris Jenner – days after a source told PEOPLE that she is "incredibly happy" with the actor, who had officially been labeled as "her boyfriend."

The support goes both ways as Chalamet is "in awe of everything she is accomplishing" and "especially thinks she is an amazing mom."

"He is very supportive of her career and she is of his. They both try to attend important events for each other," the source said at the time, adding that the Kardashian-Jenner clan "loves him."

Aside from the Golden Globes earlier this year, the award-winning actor stepped out with Jenner at the WSJ. Magazine Innovators Awards in New York City in November and attended the men's singles final of the U.S. Open in September.

They were also seen packing on the PDA at the L.A. stop of Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour in September, which Chalamet later said was a "great" time, though he admitted it was "hard to be present."
