Kristin Cavallari celebrates her 'modern family' in a white bikini

Kristin Cavallari is living her best life on vacation.

The Laguna Beach alum, 35, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share photos of herself on vacation in Turks and Caicos. In one photo, the reality star posed in a white bikini, showing off her defined abs. Other pictures in the carousel include photos of her kids, who she shares with ex-husband Jay Cutler, and one with her longtime best friend and hairstylist Justin Anderson. She captioned the photos, "We love our lil modern family," along with a red, white and blue set of hearts for the Fourth of July.

Cavallari's followers approved of the pics, with one writing in the comments section of her toned physique, "Love the new look [Kristin]! You are definitely putting in the work!"

Another added, "You are SO fit!!!! Good for you. How did you get motivated to start working out?"

The Uncommon James founder, who split from Cutler in 2020 and recently called the divorce the "best thing" she had done on her self-love journey, spoke to Us Weekly about how she has changed up her exercise routine and now works with a personal trainer on getting stronger.

"He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight Ive ever lifted in my entire life," she said. "I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."

Last week, she shared a new photo of herself at the beach, along with older photos where she was thinner. While Cavallari said she "never had an eating disorder," she shared that her thinner body was due to the stress she was experiencing in her life. She concluded her post with a call to celebrate her healthier self.

"I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I can't be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin," she wrote. "So, here ya go."
