A new look at Kristen Stewart's new Christmas movie Happiest Season, which focuses on a same-sex relationship, has been revealed.
While Stewart's character plans to propose to Davis's, we soon learn that the latter has not come out to her conservative parents, which complicates things.
The new pictures, which you can take a gander at below, show the couple spending time together at an ice rink, Stewart with Schitt's Creek star Dan Levy, as well as the larger ensemble cast together.
"I think I've wished to see a gay Christmas rom com my whole life," Stewart explained to PEOPLE. "I'm so happy and proud of [writer/director] Clea [DuVall] for bringing this into the world."
"I love when holiday movie makes you long for an idea of home, but also examines how hilarious and hard reality at home can be sometimes," she added.
DuVall noted that an LGBTQ+ holiday story is long over overdue, adding: "I'm a huge fan of Christmas movies, but I had never seen my story represented.
"Happiest Season felt like a great opportunity to tell a universal story from a new perspective."
Stewart added: "We couldn’t have had a better more loving pack of weirdos supporting each other on this one. Had an absolute blast."
Happiest Season also stars Parks and Recreation's Aubrey Plaza, Community and GLOW star Alison Brie, Mary Steenburgen and Victor Garber.
Happiest Season is slated for a November 20 release in the US, and a November 27 release in the UK.
