Kris Wu gets Koki Kimura to star in new music video

12 Nov– Kris Wu recently unveiled the music video of his new song, "Eternal Love", and surprised fans with the guest appearance of Koki Kimura as his leading lady in the said video.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who appeared at the press conference in Beijing, where he presented his new single and its accompanying MV, shared that he wanted a girl with a particular temperament to be the leading lady in the music video, which is why he decided to invite the 17-year-old to perform.

"She has a special aura. It's very unique, and I think she's very suitable for the music video. Even though she didn't have much experience shooting, everybody was satisfied," he said.

Kris also revealed that it took them three days to shoot the video, which is also a 16-minute micro film.

On the other hand, Koki, who is also the daughter of Japanese superstar Takuya Kimura, revealed that she felt very honoured to be given the opportunity to work with Kris and the whole team.

Asked if it was challenging filming the music video, Koki stated that the hardest part was the fact that her character was blind and she had to play it convincingly.
