Kris Jenner revealed she will undergo surgery after doctors found a tumor on her ovary.

On this week's episode of The Kardashians, the 68-year-old momager is on vacation in Aspen when she shares a scary health update with her boyfriend Corey Gamble and daughters Kim, Khloé and Kendall.

“I wanted to tell you guys something…I went to the doctor and had my scan,” she says before starting to cry. “They found, and this just makes me really emotional but, they found a cyst and a little tumor on my ovary.”

“Dr A said I’ve gotta have my ovaries taken out and I'm emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys,” she tells her family. “That’s where all my kids were conceived and that’s where they were grown, in my tummy. So this is a very sacred place to me.”

Kim said she feels “really sad” for her mom, admitting that she can’t imagine what she’s going through or how scared she must feel about the surgery. Khloé then gets sister Kourtney on the phone so Kris can tell her the news.

“I totally understand how my mom is feeling because I would feel the same way,” Kourtney said. “It’s your womanly power and it doesn’t mean that it's taking away who she is or what she’s experienced, but I would feel this sentimental feeling of what it's created.”

“Listen, if I can get through the hip replacement, I can get through this,” Kris said. “I’m not nervous to be put to sleep. I’m not nervous with Dr. A, she’s the best doctor in the world. But then you go to do it and… it’s so real.”

Kris continued to cry and admitted that this is a sign of her getting older and her being done with this part of her life. “It’s a whole chapter that’s just closed,” she added.

In a confessional, Kendall said she understands why her mom is sad but if her ovaries are “potentially hurting her” and she also no longer needs them then it’s time to “get them outta there.”

Kim then lightened the mood by teasing that the family should throw a “farewell ovaries party.” Corey also attempted to lift up Kris’ spirits by surprising her with a gift.

“I have something to help your energy,” he said before giving her a black fur coat. “I don’t want you to be sad. You’re gonna cry at least 15 more times so I just want you to have a gift.”

“I’m gonna be fine…I have you guys,” Kris said. “People often ask me what is the best job I've ever had, and I’ve always said: Mom. The biggest blessing in my life was being able to give birth to six beautiful kids.”

New episodes of The Kardashians drop Thursdays at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu.
