Kirby Lam launches beauty business during the pandemic
29 Sep - Kirby Lam is elated that her beauty and wellness centre is finally open for business.
As reported on Mingpao, the TVB actress who appeared at the launch of the said business, Inner Beaute recently, shared that it has been a year since she started on the project, and that she is grateful that it is finally opening despite the pandemic.
"It was originally scheduled to open in July, but we had to postpone due to renovation delays. We also had to abide by the rules of gathering restrictions," she said.
When asked if she is worried about starting a business during these tough times, Kirby stated that she is confident that it will do well as women still want to go to beauty parlours despite the situation.
Currently managing the beauty business and her restaurant, Kirby hopes that the two will continue to do well so that she can open a bubble tea shop next.
As for her acting career, the "Threesome" actress said that she will let TVB arrange her work for her as she still has two to three more years of contract left with the company.
