King Cole reigns as the largest jazz and whisky bar in Malaysia

PETALING JAYA, Nov 29 — Here's great news for jazz fans. The largest jazz and whisky bar in Malaysia called King Cole Jazz & Whiskey Lounge has finally opened its doors.

Located on the mezzanine floor of Avante Hotel in Petaling Jaya, King Cole had its soft opening recently.

The premises, measuring 11,000 square feet, oozes a cosy and inviting vibe. It features interior in contemporary design with a stylish bar, plush sofas, quirky art pieces and a space dedicated to intimate performances.

King Cole will play host to live performances by the country’s top and upcoming singers, including talented classical crooner Zgames.

Scheduled to sing their hearts out this weekend are Clinton Jerome on Friday (December 2) and Chanelle on Saturday (December 3).

Comprising two VIP rooms, a spacious lounge area and a private cigar room, King Cole exudes a refined, classic British-style atmosphere.

At its bar, a premium variety of whiskies from around the globe is available for enjoyment. Patrons can choose from brands such as Arran Barrel Reserve, Jura, Mac-Talla Terra, Kavalan and Tamnavulin.

To complement their whisky, they can enjoy signature bar cuisine such as chicken satay, beef on beef, nachos, baby octopus and ham on sausage.

Whether you want to relax with fine whisky, smoke a cigar or enjoy upbeat jazz performances, King Cole could be just the place for you.
