King Charles vows to seek welfare of all in N.Ireland

STORY: He was speaking at Hillsborough Castle, the official residence of the monarch, where he and his wife, Queen Consort Camilla, received a message of condolence on behalf of the people of Northern Ireland.

The King is visiting Northern Ireland as part of a tour of the four parts of the country ahead of his mother's funeral next week.

After the condolence gathering, Charles met senior politicians from the province, including the leader of the Sinn Fein party in Northern Ireland, Michelle O'Neill.
