"I would like to apologise in person, but I am waiting for the space to ask for forgiveness," he said. "I would also like to apologise again for causing trouble to those whom have worked with me."

It is noted that Kim has also departed from his variety show, "2 Days & 1 Night", with the producer planning to edit him out of the already filmed footages.

His images were also removed from the official sites of several brands including Domino's Pizza, skincare brand La Roche-Posay, and e-commerce platform 11Street, while film companies, including the production of the upcoming Lee Sang Geun's romantic comedy film "2 O'Clock Date" (working title) have also decided to replace him with another actor.

It was back on 18 October that a woman uploaded an anonymous post to an online community, saying that an actor named K whom she dated forced her to have an abortion on the false promise of marriage. Soon after, the "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" star admitted to be the actor in question.
