Kim Sae-ron will be leaving YG Entertainment

19 Nov– South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron will soon depart from her current management, YG Entertainment.

As reported on SE Daily, the 19-year-old former child star, known for movies and TV dramas like "Snowy Road" and "Mirror of the Witch", will continue being under the agency's management until the end of the month.

She is currently filming her new drama with TV Chosun, "Leverage".

The news was also confirmed by a rep of YG Entertainment on 19 November, saying, "After much discussion with Kim Sae-ron, we have decided not to enter into a contract renewal. We will continue to support her in her future endeavours."

Kim has been with the company since November 2016. Prior to that, she was signed with Fantagio - home of stars such as Seo Kang-joon and Kang Han-na.
