Kim Kardashian, Halle Berry and Glenn Close Set to Star In Ryan Murphy Legal Series

Ryan Murphy, a TV producer known for assembling star-studded casts, brought Kim Kardashian, Halle Berry and Glenn Close on board for an upcoming legal drama series. The show All’s Fair features the A-list trio in an all-female law firm set in Los Angeles. Initially announced in December, the show is still shrouded in mystery as the exact roles of the actresses are still under wraps.

This marks a return for Murphy to the FX network after his deal with Netflix ended last month and he cut a new one with Disney (which owns FX). Murphy has had a long history of writing, directing and producing buzz-worthy series for the network like American Horror Story, Pose and Feud. Murphy will serve as an executive producer, writer and director, with Kardashian, Berry and Close also producing.

News of Kardashian’s involvement comes a little after the second part of the American Horror Story: Delicate season ended, in which she worked with Murphy and played the antagonist of the season. After this acting debut, Kardashian is also set to produce and star in the Netflix comedy film The 5th Wheel written by Paula Pell and Janine Brito. While she is rapidly taking on roles, Kardashian will not be picking up any emotional, heavy ones in the future though as she said, “I feel like you need less Botox for more emotion, and I don’t have it.”

This is both Berry and Close’s first time working with Murphy. Berry is best known for her iconic movie roles, starring in films like Monster’s Ball and Cat Woman but recently starred in the Steven Spielberg-produced show Extant. Close is more familiar with the smaller screen as the 14-time Emmy-nominated actress has starred in many prestigious series including FX legal drama Damages.

There isn’t a set release date for this series but you can check back here for updates.
