Kerry Katona has said she will support her children in their careers whether they want to be "a lollipop lady or lap dancer".

The mother-of-five has said that some of her offspring are already considering following her into the showbiz world but she's not fussed what they do as long as they are "happy and passionate about it".

Katona shares daughters Molly, 19, and Lilly-Sue, 18, with first husband Brian McFadden, daughter Heidi, 14, and son Max, 13, with second husband Mark Croft, and daughter Dylan-Jorge, seven, with late third husband George Kay.

“They were born into this industry and they’ve not really known any different," the 40-year-old told the Daily Star. "Lilly wants to be a human rights lawyer but she’s just stepping her toe into the big showbiz pool at the moment and she’s getting offers left, right and centre."

Katona added she felt it was "natural" for Lilly-Sue to enter the industry.

She went on: “Molly’s just trying to get into the acting world, she’s doing a lot of drama over in Ireland, doing courses out there. She’s a great songwriter too. Even Max, Heidi and DJ were already in it since the day they were born.

“Whatever they want to do as long as they’re happy and passionate about it, they’ve got my support whether it’s being a lollipop lady or being a lap dancer.”

The former Atomic Kitten star has experienced highly publicised financial struggles over the years but has recently managed to build herself back up with adult subscription site OnlyFans.

Katona has claimed that selling racy pictures of herself on the site has allowed her to become a millionaire again.

She recently defended herself against any critics on an appearance on ITV's Loose Women, saying: "In films we see A-listers simulating sex, faking orgasms, showing their breasts the next things they're walking down red carpets being applauded and winning awards. I show a bit of nipple and I'm 'desperate'. Who decides on what is what and what is acceptable?

"I have made a million pounds by doing what I’m doing, I'm so open and so out there, and my kids are so okay with it.

"I have made a little empire now for myself, for my children, my children want for nothing now. I crawled my way back from bankruptcy so I don't care what anyone else says. I've done this by myself and I'm really proud."
