Kenny Kwan does not regret flying with hazmat suit
30 Mar – Kenny Kwan knew that he and his colleagues looked weird when they returned to Hong Kong from Malaysia wearing hazmat suits, but that it was for the best.
The singer posted on Instagram that he is already back in Hong Kong after stranded in Kuala Lumpur a week following the country's implementation of the Restricted Movement Order (RMO), and was happy to finally be able to lie on his own bed.
Speaking about the decision made by him and the other cast of "Female Forensic JD" to wear a full protective gear from top to bottom during their four-hour flight home, Kenny said that there were a lot of people casting them weird looks and even took photos of them throughout the journey home.
"But I don't feel embarrassed or ashamed at all. If I can protect myself, the people around me, and alleviate the hard work of the medical frontliners, I will not hesitate to dress like a weirdo," he wrote.
He also stated that he will make sure to follow his 14-day quarantine with discipline.
