Kenneth Ma won't vote himself to win TV King

5 Dec – TVB actor Kenneth Ma has no plans to cast a vote for himself to win this year's TV King at the upcoming TVB Anniversary Awards.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media at a mall event recently, shared that he will be supporting his fellow nominees instead, especially Lai Lok Yi, Edwin Siu, and Benjamin Yuen.

"The three of them did very well. I would also support Mandy Wong and Alice Chan," he added.

It is noted that Kenneth previously worked with Mandy in the 2017 drama, "The Exorcist's Meter" and with Alice in "Deep in the Realm of Conscience".

When asked if he will cast a vote for girlfriend Jacqueline Wong, Kenneth responded, "She is a nominee in the Best Supporting Actress category. She has been doing well in her recent projects, so I will definitely support her."

As for Kenneth himself, the actor, whom fans believed have been "robbed" of the Best Actor accolade last year, said that he will not think too much about it.

"Earning more money is much more important to me," he added.
