Kelsey Grammer Returns for More Zany Adventures in Season 2 of “Frasier” Revival: Watch the Trailer!
“This is Dr. Frasier Crane, I’m listening,” Kelsey Grammer's iconic psychiatrist character says in the first look
Dr. Frasier Crane is back!
The trailer for the second season of the Frasier revival is here, and it is “more Frasier than ever.” In the first look, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) is back in Boston and returning to his radio roots.
“This is Dr. Frasier Crane, I’m listening,” he says, delivering his famous line from when he was based in Seattle.
Elsewhere in the trailer, his son Freddy Crane, played by Jack Cutmore-Scott, gears up to listen to his psychiatrist father’s lectures and asks him for a tip on "punctuation," but Frasier reminds himself to “stay on task.”
Olivia (Toks Olagundoye) joins a girls night with less-than-happy looking Eve (Jess Salgueiro) and Roz (Peri Gilpin) to get away from the "two grumpy muppets" a.k.a. Frasier and his old college friend Alan (Nicholas Lyndhurst).
The chaos continues when the new Crane family baby is mistaken for three bottles of white zinfandel — which garners quite the laughs from the live studio audience.
The upcoming season also proves to be full of guest stars, with Dan Butler, Rachel Bloom, Yvette Nicole Brown, Greer Grammer, Patricia Heaton, Edward Hibbert, Harriet Sansom Harris and Amy Sedaris making appearances.
Director James Burrows also returned to direct two episodes of the hit show.

Paramount+'s Frasier revival aired its first season in October 2023, nearly 30 years after the debut of the original 1993 sitcom, which was a spinoff of the popular sitcom Cheers.
Teasing the reboot in February 2023, Grammer talked about Frasier’s growth, explaining that he is now “a little bit more mature,” and opened up about returning to the screen to play him.
"He's got a little more wisdom about him but he's a little bit silly and takes certain things more seriously than most people do,” he said. “That's his character. And it's been really fun to play him again."
