Kayaker Paddles Through Flooded Streets of Salt Lake City Amid Heavy Rain
A man was spotted kayaking through the flooded streets of Salt Lake City, Utah, on August 1 as heavy rain inundated the north-central part of the state.
The National Weather Service issued multiple severe thunderstorms and flash flood warnings throughout Sunday.
