Katie Price has revealed her plastic surgeon refused to give her another facelift on a trip to Turkey to overhaul her appearance.
The TV star and model recently travelled to Turkey despite it being a red list destination to have a number of procedures on her face and body, but didn't end up with the facelift she had thought she was going in for as she doesn't have enough excess skin left to do it.
Documenting the operation on her YouTube channel, Price, 43, invited the cameras into her hospital room where Dr Kerim explained why he wasn't willing to do a facelift on her - which came as an unwelcome surprise.
She said: "Did I just hear no more lifting on my face, what?! No, you do what you've got to do."
Examining her face, Dr Kerim said: "When I lift it, your mouth comes to the side, makes it look more wider. You have no more excess skin here. Your forehead is too tight. The only thing we can do for your forehead is botox."
Price said: "Really? Here's me thinking I'm going to have a facelift here, here, here and he doesn't recommend it. Everyone at home, this is what you've got to understand, he's the surgeon.
"I could sit here now and say 'no, I want it like that', but then he wouldn't be a good surgeon — because there are surgeons out there who'd say 'yeah, I'll do it.'
"I thought that's what I'd be having but because you've said 'no', I'm listening to you because you're the expert."
Price and her fiance Carl Woods had been able to travel to Turkey despite restrictions because filming the operation meant that it was classed as a work trip, but spoke about nerves at how they would get home again as they were filmed at the airport.
As Price was wheeled down to the operating theatre, Woods reminded her: "It's our year anniversary."
The couple marked their anniversary by both having surgical procedures, as Woods also opted for liposuction to sculpt his abdomen.
In the YouTube episode, they showed fans their luxury hospital room with matching recovery beds.
