Kathy Hilton Can't Wait to Get into Her Christmas 'Sweats' at Her Legendary Holiday Bash with DIRECTV (Exclusive)

'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star is partnering with DIRECTV to give back to underserved youth alongside the Ronald McDonald House charity

Tis' the season for Kathy Hilton's holiday extravaganza!

PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that DIRECTV and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 65, are partnering once again to celebrate the season with Christmas at Kathy's.

In addition to transforming her home into a "magical fairyland," playing holiday movies and other exciting activities she has in store for her guests, Hilton says she and DIRECTV are partnering with the Ronald McDonald House Charity — which helps alleviate families' financial burden along their children's healthcare journeys — to give back to those in need.

Attendees will bring unwrapped toys to donate to families living in the Ronald McDonald Houses across the country.

By the end of the night, the mother of Nicky and Paris Hilton shares, "We have truckloads going down to these children."

"It actually makes everybody feel good to be able to do something. During this time of year, we're all very fortunate," she continues. "So it's just a nice time to share, especially with the world, with everything going on. We have to celebrate the good times and make the best of every day."

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Kelly Jo Sands, DIRECTV's SVP of Marketing, also expressed excitement over working with Hilton to spread a little holiday cheer.

When it comes to throwing parties, Hilton is no stranger. In fact, she tells PEOPLE that one of her favorite parts of the season is taking time to relax with her friends and family together under one roof.

"Of course, at the end of the night is when I really relax," she admits. "I will go upstairs, people are still walking around in cocktail dresses, and I've got my sweats on, my pajamas."
