Kathy Chow's pets to be flown back to Hong Kong?

21 Dec - It was reported that the family of Kathy Chow will be bringing her pets home to Hong Kong following her death.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress' studio recently shared a message from Kathy's mother, who revealed that the funeral for the actress has already been held privately.

"Kathy had portrayed a variety of successful characters on screen in her life, so I wish to keep her beauty in everyone's mind by choosing to hold my beloved daughter's funeral only in the presence of close relatives," she wrote.

As for her pets, Kathy's mother said that the family will make the arrangements for her cat and dog, which she had been caring for in her villa in Beijing prior to her passing.

It is noted that the former TVB actress had moved to Beijing 20 years ago with her partner at the time. The two were together for 12 years before they broke up.

Kathy was revealed to have passed away on 11 December after suffering from hypertension and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) .

She was 57.
