Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have a relatively normal life when they attend the Lambrook School despite being royals, in large part because their parents Kate Middleton and Prince William try their best to support them when they show up for school events and maintain consideration for non-royal parents and their children.
Royal expert Richard Palmer revealed in a piece for iPaper that "discreet security is in place to protect [the royals], but that does not stop the occasional rogue photographer turning up or parent publishing pictures on the internet of George playing football." To combat some of the press interference, William and Kate "are keen not to make life difficult for the other children and parents. William, for example, has occasionally posed for pictures during trips to see the children playing sport."

Kate is equally involved, and shows up to the school to support her children. Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun's Fabulous Magazine that other moms have said that “the Princess of Wales "turns up for sports days, she turns up for special matches, and she's a very hands-on mum."
“Sometimes she goes with her mother Carole. And obviously William goes when he can. “They often go altogether," Seward continued. “Obviously the other mums are all googley-eyed to see [her]. “Obviously she gets stared at when she's there.”

The future king and queen will likely maintain the same energy when the children head to their new schools. George is nearing the end of his time at the Lambrook School, which has caused a bit of tension between William and Kate, as she wants him to attend a co-ed school—she went to the co-ed Marlborough alongside her brother James and sister Pippa. George has another year to go, and will make the switch in September 2026.
