Kate Middleton Gives Quiet Promotion to Her Stylist Natasha Archer
Kate Middleton appears to have quietly promoted her longtime stylist and close friend, Natasha Archer.
Natasha has seemingly been appointed "senior private executive assistant to Kate and William," and according to the Daily Mail the move has been "interpreted in Royal circles as a reward for her loyalty."
Natasha is right in the middle of Kate's inner circle, and the Daily Mail notes that she's been "inseparable" from the Princess—even traveling with her "to and from hospital appointments" as she does preventative chemotherapy
"Natasha deserves this boost–she's unfailingly discreet and loyal to Kate," a source says. "The salary boost will be welcome too. This appointment means we can expect to see Natasha by Kate's side for years to come. It seems to be Kate's way of thanking her for her loyalty."
Natasha started her royal career as Kate's personal assistant in 2007, and then pivoted to being her stylist. In 2014, Vanity Fair spoke to a source who said "Initially Kate was a reluctant fashion icon, but now she enjoys it. Tash helps source some of the clothes. She shops a lot for Kate online, and calls in hundreds of dresses for Kate to try on. She has persuaded Kate to take some more risks. The hemlines are shorter and Kate’s really pushing the boat out in the fashion stakes."
Natasha and Kate obviously grew super close while working together, and she was actually the first non-family member to visit Kate at the Lindo Wing after she gave birth to Prince George in 2013!
