Pretty in pink? There's no doubt Kate Beckinsale was all that and more at Variety's Power of Women celebration in Los Angeles last night. The actress and mother arrived in a show-stopping Christian Siriano creation that was part ballerina, part boudoir, and altogether en pointe. The ballet-pink dress featured a huge, voluminous skirt and corset bodice that had a lace-up front detail and sculptural peaked neckline. As if the super-short hemline wasn't enough to steal the spotlight, her sky-high platforms added extra height and another touch of ballet detail to the look.

Beckinsale's shoes featured a six-inch platform, per Footwear News, and included a floral detail on the toe box and an ankle strap. She echoed that floral motif with a shimmering flower-shaped ring on one hand and finished off the look with a bow in her hair and dramatic ear-crawler earrings.

Her beauty picks also reflected the pink theme, with rosy cheeks and a bright pink lip color as well as subtle pink eyeshadow and long, fluttery lashes. She skipped out on a necklace to show off the corset's swooping neckline.

Variety's annual Power of Women event honors "exceptional achievements and contributions" in the entertainment industry. This year, Amy Adams, Carol Burnett, Zoe Saldaña, and Sarah Hyland were honored for their continued philanthropic efforts.

"The Power of Women franchise continues to be one of our most highly anticipated events of the year," Michelle Sobrino-Stearns, Variety CEO and group publisher, said of the beloved event. "We are honored to celebrate outstanding women who continue to defy barriers and push the industry forward."
