Karena Ng doubts chance of working with Raymond Lam
13 Mar – Although she is rumoured to be dating wealthy businessman Brian Shi, Hong Kong actress Karena Ng recently stated that she is not ready to settle down anytime soon.
As reported on Phoenix, the actress, who was spotted at the 30th Hong Kong Directors' Guild event recently, shared that she is currently busy with her career, and even spent most of her time filming in mainland China last year.
"Dating is not that important compared to work. If the other half understands, that's even better. I won't consider marriage for now," she said.
Karena added that a woman needs to have her own career, and that she needs more time to adapt herself as she just recently made her television debut.
On the other hand, when asked about ex-boyfriend Raymond Lam's new romance with mainland model Carina Zhang, Karena said that she is no longer in contact with the actor.
Asked if she would consider working with Raymond in the future, she said, "Ask me again if such a thing arise. It doesn't matter to me, but I don't think that it would even happen. There are a lot of actors in our business, so it would be rare a chance to work together."
