A kangaroo made a fortunate escape after being swept away in floodwaters in Australia.

The kangaroo tried to cross a swollen creek before being caught by the flowing current.

After being swept by the floodwater for 30 seconds, the kangaroo managed to scramble out of the flowing water to safety.
