Kamala Snubs Trump With ‘Legendary’ Photo Crop
Kamala Harris’ social media post honoring Jimmy Carter seemingly slighted Donald Trump as the vice president shared a snapshot from the late president’s funeral featuring all living U.S. presidents, except for her political rival.
The wide angle photo, posted to her Instagram on Saturday, appeared to crop out Trump, who was seated next to Barack Obama during the ceremony.
Followers were quick to point out the president-elect’s exclusion with one user writing “Best photo crop of the decade.”
“This crop is legendary,” another commenter added.
Harris’ Trump-less photo choice comes after she hammered the MAGA candidate during her 2024 presidential bid, dubbing him a “threat to democracy.” Since her resounding defeat, however, the vice president has been noticeably tight-lipped about her political rival.
Days before Carter’s funeral, Harris presided over the certification of her lost election, finalizing Trump’s victory.
While she made no direct mention of the president-elect after certifying the election, her comments subtly referenced Trump’s refusal to accept the 2020 election results and ultimately the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.
“It was obviously a very important day, and it was about what should be the norm and what the American people should be able to take for granted, which is that one of the most important pillars of our democracy is that there will be a peaceful transfer of power,” she told reporters. “And today, I did what I have done my entire career, which is take seriously the oath that I have taken many times to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
And, during the Thursday morning funeral, Harris ignored the president-elect.
Karen Pence, Mike Pence’s wife, similarly gave Trump and his wife the cold shoulder, remaining seated and not acknowledging the couple as they entered the event.

Her response to her husband’s former running-mate was quickly deemed a snub by many online.
George Bush also elected to not shake Trump’s hand at the event, while Michelle Obama opted to not attend the ceremony.
