Josh Hall Has a New Girlfriend Following Split from Christina Haack: ‘This Is the Happiest He’s Been’ (Exclusive Source)

Josh Hall is seeing someone new — and feeling better than ever.

The Tennessee-based real estate professional, 44, is dating model Stephanie Gabrys, and they are "perfect" for each other, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for sometime,” the insider says, noting that Hall “wasn't trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”

Hall, who filed for divorce from estranged wife Christina Haack (formerly Hall) after nearly three years of marriage in July 2024, is “trying to live a more private life and has no desire to be a celebrity,” the source continues. “He hasn't made a show of the relationship, but it's not a secret.”

“Josh is just low-key,” the insider adds. “He is very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what's on the horizon. This is the happiest he's been in some time.”

In the tumultuous period following his public split from Haack, 41, last summer, Gabrys — a model who splits her time between Chicago, Florida and Nashville, according to her Instagram bio — has stayed firmly by Hall’s side, another source tells PEOPLE.

“Stephanie has been there for Josh through all of this,” the insider says, adding that their “relationship is new, but they get closer every day and Josh has said she is a breath of fresh air.”

The new couple, who has not publicly announced their relationship, have traveled together. Gabrys accompanied Hall on his birthday trip to Big Sur, Calif. in September.

They've also been openly affectionate on social media. In Hall’s latest Instagram post, in which he reflected on his “tough year,” Gabrys commented, “Proud of you and the strong, patient, hard working, generous, and kind hearted man you are! 2025 is going to be the best year yet! ❤️.”

And, in the comments of an Instagram post of her own, the model called Hall “the absolute sweetest,” writing, “You are also on my and so many others, list of blessings! Truly grateful for you! ❤️."

News of Hall’s relationship comes as Haack is also confirmed to be seeing someone new.

The Christina on the Coast star is currently dating Network Connex President and CEO Christopher Larocca, PEOPLE confirmed on Saturday, Jan. 11. The Daily Mail was first to report the news.

Hall and Haack's separation was confirmed last summer after the former filed for a divorce after nearly three years of marriage on July 16, citing "irreconcilable differences” and requesting spousal support, per the filing.

He listed the "date of separation" of the former couple (who officially tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021) as July 8, 2024.

Their divorce proceedings, which have often played out in the public eye, are ongoing.
