12 Aug – Malaysia, it's time to show off your skills! Hollywood star Joseph Gordon-Levitt is looking for talented Malaysians to collaborate with for an original song and music video.

"What's up, Malaysia? Got a project I'd love to collaborate with you on...

"I'm looking for musicians, singers, rappers, and artists of all kinds to help create a song inspired by my upcoming Netflix movie, "Project Power". Join in here: https://hitrecord.app.link/projectpower," the actor posted on his Facebook.

The post comes with a video demonstrating what exactly he's looking for.

The link provided by Gordon-Levitt leads to the project's page on HitRecord, an online collaborative media platform founded by the actor himself, where there are further details on what's required to participate in the project.

Of course, the project is themed around the question "What is your power?"

Furthermore, as this is a monetised production, any contribution that is used by HitRecord in any of the final pieces delivered to Netflix will be paid.

"Project Power" stars Gordon-Levitt as cop Frank alongside Jamie Foxx as ex-soldier Art. The two team up with a teen, Robin, (Dominique Fishback) to find the people responsible for a pill that either gives whoever consumes it superpowers – or kills them.

It is scheduled for release on Netflix this 14 August.
