Jogger Runs Through Snow Flurries at Jersey City's Lincoln Park

A winter storm impacted Jersey City, New Jersey, on February 7, bringing heavy snow at rates of up to two inches per hour, the National Weather Service reported.

The National Weather Service (NWS) forecast four to eight inches of heavy snow on Sunday for northeast New Jersey, New York City, and southwest Connecticut, while six to nine inches of snow were forecast for southeast Connecticut and eastern Long Island.
