Joel Chan is excited about baby's upcoming birth in July
1 Jul – Now that his wife's delivery date is getting closer and closer, Joel Chan admitted that he has been going to work full of excitement and happiness.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor who was in Sham Shui Po to film a scene for his new series, "Super Emissary", stated that their last check-up went well, with the doctor saying that the pregnancy is very stable.
"My phone is with me at all times now," he enthused.
When mentioned about the recent photo of his pregnant wife he shared on Instagram earlier, Joel said that it was his wife's idea.
"I asked her if she would like to do a maternity shoot. She said she didn't want to as she was worried it would not look good. But the result was amazing. She never thought that it would make the news," he said.
On the other hand, when asked about "Barrack O'Karma" having a sequel, Joel said that he has already been told the concept of the new instalment, which will be very different from the original.
"I will play a brand new character. But we will not be filming it anytime soon. After this series wraps up, I will take a long break to spend time with my wife and our baby," he said.
