Joe Wicks heads to hospital after PE lesson to get the cast changed on his broken hand
Joe Wicks has recently launched a series of live PE classes to keep the nation fit amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and it seems he loves being a fitness instructor so much that he's willing to continue on, even with a broken hand.
Joe, who's known as The Body Coach, broke a bone in his hand after falling off his bike last week, but this hasn't stopped him from inspiring his legion of fans during self-isolation.
And the 33-year-old has been updating everyone on the healing process on his Instagram Stories, including new snaps of his cast being changed in hospital today (March 31), right after his daily PE lesson wrapped up.

Last week, Joe shared an update of himself on a hospital bed promising fans he'll see them soon, and he later confirmed that he was about to have corrective wire surgery on his hand.
Today the fitness instructor admitted he was struggling to shower with the cast on, explaining: "It's a right laugh showering with this every day [...] I've kept it dry though!"
And later on he also shared another update from the hospital, as he documented the stages of getting his cast changed.

But it's not all mask-wearing selfies and anaesthesia on Joe's social media these days, as he also recently shared some incredible news as he promised to donate the money he is making from his PE videos to the NHS.
"I've decided that as long as I'm the nation's PE teacher, every single penny of the money generated on these videos is going to the place where we need it the most right now," he explained.
"All of it is going straight to the NHS, to support the real heroes right now. Thank you for watching, joining in and sharing... I'm loving being your PE teacher and now you can watch again, knowing you're not only staying fit, you're also helping raise money for the NHS."
