Jimmy Lin successfully undergone surgery

28 Jul – It was reported that Jimmy Lin has now completed the first surgery, following the car accident that had caused his Tesla to go up in flames.

As reported on Epoch Times, on 26 July, the singer-actor was said to have undergone a surgery for five hours, specifically to treat a proximal humerus fracture.

A source at the hospital in Linkou stated, "The operation went very smoothly."

Jimmy reportedly will undergo another surgery for his facial bones.

According to the source, a rehabilitation team will be joining soon after, and that the medical team is confident that Jimmy will return to normal within half a year.

Back on 22 July, Jimmy was driving his Tesla with one of his twin sons Jenson in tow before the car hit a sign post in Taoyuan City and caught fire soon after. However, the father and son duo were fortunate to get pulled out to safety by passers-by to await medical assistance.
